UAE’s Emirates Seeking to Recruit Additional Flight Simulator Technicians in 2026

United Arab Emirates – Dubai's flag carrier Emirates is seeking to recruit an Engineer – Flight Simulators to support its advanced Flight Training Facilities, reinforcing technical oversight of full-flight simulator operations across Airbus and Boeing platforms.

  • The role supports Emirates’ full-flight simulator fleet used for Airbus and Boeing flight deck training.
  • Engineering coverage extends across:Flight Training devices.Cabin Crew Training devices.In-Flight Services Training devices.
  • Flight Training devices.

  • In-Flight Services Training devices.
  • The position involves complex fault rectification and maintaining overall device performance and simulation fidelity.
  • Responsibilities include:Hardware and software configuration management.Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.Regulatory testing and simulator qualification support.Liaison with equipment suppliers and technical contractors.Participation in acquisition and acceptance of new training devices.Leading technicians in mechanical and electrical repair tasks.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ Years
  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Aeronautical). Alternatively, academic requirements may be substituted for proven experience and expertise gained within the industry; provided with relevant qualifications and certifications.
  • The jobholder requires at least 2 years professional experience within the simulation and training equipment industry.
  • Should have a track record of working in medium to large technical organisations.
  • Required to be technically aware, and to have well-developed team development skills.
  • Safety Sensitive Role: Yes
