UK based Flight Training Group Aeros Flight Training Announces 2024 Appointment for Chief Flight Instructor

United Kingdom based modular flight training group Aeros Flight Training is thrilled to announce the promotion of Mike Hoft to the position of Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) for the Aeros Group. Mike has been a cornerstone of the team at the Gloucester academy, where he instructs CPL, MEP, and MEIR courses while serving as the in-house Examiner.

“Mike’s contributions to our successful rebuild following COVID-19 have been considerable, and not only limited to physical flying, he has worked closely with Aeros MD Martin Lynch digitising our manuals, training materials and improving our utilisation of Flight logger, he has also collaborated with our Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI) Zachary Brown to build and launch our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) which students all acorss the Aeros Group are now benefiting from.” shared Aeros Flight Training.
