United Kingdom – Ravenair Flying School is now recruiting for its Bonded Flight Instructor (FI) programme, offering fully funded instructor training to qualified candidates in return for a two-year employment commitment.

• Candidates must hold a UK-issued CPL(A) or be on track to obtain one by April 2026.

• The bonded programme covers the full cost of instructor training, with selected candidates expected to serve as flight instructors at Ravenair for a minimum of two years.

• Training and instruction opportunities span both UK and EASA regulatory environments.

• Instructional experience will include Private Pilot Licence (PPL), Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC), Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME-IR), PC-12 Single Engine Turboprop (SET), and Advanced UPRT.
