United Kingdom – Liverpool-based Ravenair has opened applications for its 2026 Flight Instructor (FI) Sponsorship Program, offering aspiring instructors the opportunity to earn a fully sponsored UK FI rating with a two-year post-qualification bond. The initiative underscores Ravenair’s commitment to developing new aviation talent and strengthening the UK’s instructional workforce.

• The sponsorship is open to candidates who currently hold or plan to obtain a UK CPL(A) by April 2026.

• Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in flight instruction and commit to a two-year bond post-qualification.

• Sponsored instructors may also gain operational experience with Ravenair’s aerial survey division, which conducts commercial and specialised flights across Europe.

• Additional training opportunities may be available, including instructor rating add-ons and course progression pathways.

• Applications close on 31 January 2026, with shortlisted candidates invited for interviews.
