United Kingdom - Euro Flight Training (EFT), based at Solent Airport and Southampton Airport in Hampshire, England, has launched EFT Flight Deck Pathway. The structured modular training program is designed to guide aspiring pilots from Private Pilot Licence through to airline-assessment readiness.

Developed in partnership with Bristol Groundschool, Simtech Aviation, IAGO Flight Training and Wizz Air, the program combines the flexibility of modular training with the structure and professional development expected by modern airlines.

The pathway covers ATPL theory, advanced commercial flight training and APS MCC preparation, while also focusing on leadership, decision-making and airline-standard professionalism.

EFT has grown into one of the UK's leading modular flight training organisations, with a fleet of 16 aircraft, advanced simulators, more than 25 instructors and examiners, with 450-plus pilots trained.

George Coe, Director and Head of Training at EFT, said: "Our aim is not simply to help students gain licences and ratings, but to develop confident, professional pilots who understand the standards and expectations of the airline industry from the very beginning."

Unlike many integrated airline training program's that can require upfront financial commitments exceeding £120,000, the EFT Flight Deck Pathway allows students to progress through training on a staged basis whilst still benefiting from a structured and airline-focused development program, said EFT.

Gill Fowkes, Commercial Director at Bristol Groundschool, said: “The EFT Flight Deck Pathway represents an exciting development in professional pilot training. It combines the flexibility of the modular route with structured progression, industry collaboration and a strong focus on airline readiness. We are delighted to be supporting Euro Flight Training and its students as they progress towards professional flying careers.”

For pilots who have already completed ATPL theoretical knowledge training, EFT has also launched EFT Flight Deck Fast Track, enabling direct entry into the advanced flight training phase before progressing to APS MCC preparation.

Valentino Kadirzade, Chief Executive of Euro Flight Group, said: "We wanted to create a program that offers the affordability and flexibility of modular training while providing students with a clear, structured route towards an airline career through strong industry partnerships and professional mentoring."

The program is endorsed by Wizz Air and designed to prepare students for opportunities across the wider airline industry rather than a single airline destination.

Suitable candidates can complete the pathway in as little as 12 months, with training costs starting from approximately £55,000, offering a more accessible alternative to many integrated program's.

EFT has also introduced the EFT Flight Deck Fast Track, allowing pilots who have already completed ATPL theoretical training to enter directly into the advanced flight training phase.
