Under the auspices of the Airways Aviation Group (“AAG”) and Dynamic Advanced Training (“DAT”), and in the presence of AFM, global aircraft lessor Dubai Aerospace Enterprise and global operator of full flight simulator training centers Ansett Aviation Training (“AAT”) – Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) were signed to foster and support each other’s existing and future customer base and strengthen the United Arab Emirates position as a leading global aviation service provider via new and innovative collaborations.

Discussions around potential synergies between AAG and DAE commenced some years ago and likewise the relationships between the AAG, DAT and AAT have likewise been evolving in parallel with the objective of providing streamlined offerings and ‘End to End Training Solutions’ to airlines to meet the critical and growing demands for Commercial Airline Pilots and Cabin Crew.

DAE stands among the top ten global aircraft lessors, boasting an extensive portfolio that includes an owned, managed, and committed fleet nearing 500 aircraft. This fleet encompasses Airbus 67 ATR 72-600 aircraft and 168 Airbus Aircraft A320 family aircraft. AAT has recently inaugurated a cutting-edge training centre located within the world class Dynamic Advanced Training facilities located at Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub at Dubai South. The new AAT SIM Centre now provides top-tier training for pilots and flight crew from the Middle East, Africa, India, and further afield, utilising its newly installed and EASA-certified ATR 72-600 full flight simulator. AAT plans to expand the facility’s offerings by including Airbus A320 training capabilities H2 2024.
