USA – Delta Air Lines has reported a Q2 2026 net profit of $1.6 billion ($2.44 per diluted share) on revenue of $19.8 billion, up 19% year-over-year, alongside the delivery of 11 new aircraft — including Airbus A350-900, A321neo, and A220-300 types.

Delta reported Q2 2026 total revenue per available seat mile (TRASM) of 25.11 cents, up 17% year-over-year, and cost per available seat mile (CASM) of 22.74 cents, up 21%. Costs excluding fuel (CASM-ex) grew 6.8% to 14.09 cents, reflecting the airline's cost discipline outside of the record quarterly fuel expense.
The airline maintained liquidity of $7.7 billion at end of June 2026, including cash, short-term investments, and $3.1 billion in undrawn revolving credit facilities.
Delta affirmed full-year guidance for 20% earnings growth despite significant fuel headwinds.
