US Aviation Academy Highlights Early Adoption of Pilotbase

26th Feb 2026

Texas, USA – US Aviation Academy (USAA), one of North America’s largest pilot training organisations, has highlighted its partnership with Pilotbase, the new parent brand behind Flight Schedule Pro and LogTen, and what is described as the world’s first Pilot Experience Platform.

Pilotbase consolidates Flight Schedule Pro, a widely used flight training operations software platform, and LogTen, a professional digital logbook solution, under a unified brand. The company positions the Pilot Experience Platform as a new category designed to connect flight school operations, student progression, instructor performance, financing access, and long-term career outcomes.

US Aviation Academy’s involvement is particularly notable. As one of the largest aviation and pilot training organizations in North America, operating more than 200 aircraft across 11 campuses and employing over 325 flight instructors, the academy represents a high-volume, multi-campus environment where operational discipline and measurable student progression directly influence airline pipeline throughput. Its participation signals that large-scale academies are seeking deeper integration between scheduling infrastructure, standards-based training oversight, and airline-aligned career tracking.

Statements

  • Scott Sykes, Chief Development Officer of US Aviation Academy, emphasized the strategic alignment: “At US Aviation Academy, our goal is to connect the dots from first flight through first officer. From enrollment, to check ride, to flight instruction, to airline, US Aviation and Pilotbase strive for seamless transition. We’ve worked closely with the Pilotbase team because the future of flight training requires deeper integration between operations, standards, and career readiness.”
