US Aviation Academy Partners with Texas State University to Offer Combined Flight Training and Degree Pathways from Fall 2026

Texas, USA – US Aviation Academy (USAA), one of the largest professional pilot training platforms in the United States operating 230 aircraft, has announced a new partnership with Texas State University (TXST) to offer combined fixed-wing flight training and university degree pathways, with applications now open for Fall 2026.

  • The partnership enables Texas State University students to pursue fixed-wing flight training through US Aviation Academy locations in New Braunfels, Denton, Atlanta, and Kansas City, expanding the geographic reach of TXST's aviation degree program.
  • Texas State University has been building its Aviation Science degree program through multiple flight training partnerships. The university previously partnered with Coast Flight Training in San Marcos and Genesis Aero at its Round Rock Campus. The addition of US Aviation Academy represents a further expansion of TXST's flight training partner network.
  • A launch event is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026, at KBAZ Airport – New Braunfels National Airport, where details of the program offering will be presented.
