US FFS Training Center AeroStar Training Services is Seeking a Simulator Technician Manager in March 2025

Kissimmee, Florida– AeroStar Training Services, a US-based pilot training organisation and full flight simulator training center, is seeking a Simulator Technician Manager to support Airbus A320 and Boeing 737NG full-flight simulators.

This role involves leading a team, troubleshooting complex system issues, and ensuring simulator readiness while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor simulator technicians and subcontractorsPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on Full Flight SimulatorsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues beyond standard manualsConduct quality control inspections and maintain technical documentationMonitor and track repair status and inventory managementSupport networking and information systems related to training devicesInterpret mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic schematics

Candidate Requirements

8+ years of experience in Full Flight Simulator maintenancePrevious experience maintaining aviation simulators (motion-based preferred)Strong computer and networking skillsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentsSelf-motivated leader with strong problem-solving skillsWilling to work flexible shifts and overtime when requiredAbility to lift 40 lbs overhead and perform physical tasks in a simulator environment
