US Flight and Maintenance Training Group Spartan is Seeking to Hire a Business Development Manager in December 2024

Chicago, Illinois, USA– Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology is hiring a Business Development Manager to join its team at the Illinois Aviation Academy (IAA) in DuPage. This role focuses on driving student growth, promoting the Atlas Cadet Academy, and building strategic partnerships with high schools, community organizations, and B2B partners.

Key Responsibilities

Generate student inquiries through local high schools, community events, and partner initiativesRepresent Spartan College at events and promote unaccredited and accredited programsProvide program information and enrollment assistance to prospective students and parentsCoordinate marketing tactics and support event planningMeet student inquiry and enrollment goals as defined by the EVPAccurately manage admissions-related records and pre-start paperworkTravel to work with partners, attend events, and corporate meetings (up to 50%)

Candidate Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred)At least 2 years of customer service experience; experience in marketing, partnership development, or case management preferredValid driver’s license, clean MVR, and proof of car insuranceProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet objectives in a fast-paced environment

Position Details

Full-time, permanent roleSalary range: $75,000–$80,000Travel requirement: Up to 25%
