California, USA – Sling Pilot Academy has announced it is among the first Pilotbase partner flight schools to offer Edly income-based student loans to its students, providing an additional financing pathway to support aspiring pilots entering career-focused training at the California-based academy.

The Edly loan offering is now available to Sling Pilot Academy students as part of the recently announced exclusive partnership between Edly and Pilotbase, through which Edly's income-based repayment (IBR) loans are distributed via Pilotbase's Pilot Experience Platform across its network of more than 1,400 flight schools.
Edly's loans feature income-based repayment, with payments adjusting over time based on a pilot's actual earnings — a structure designed to reduce financial pressure during training and early career phases when pilot income is typically at its lowest.
Sling Pilot Academy operates across four California locations — Torrance (KTOA), Gillespie Field (KSEE), Long Beach (KLGB), and Santa Monica (KSMO) — serving a diverse student body for which no single financing solution fits all financial situations.
