US Flight School Deploys First Instructors into Delta’s Propel CFI Pipeline in 2025

Georgia, USA – Superior Flight School (SFS) has announced that several of its Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) are participating in the inaugural class of the Delta Propel CFI Pathway, a career‑pilot programme offered by Delta Air Lines aimed at transitioning flight instructors to line pilot roles at Delta and its regional carrier Endeavor Air.

  • Superior Flight School is a part of the Delta Propel programme network, offering the “CFI Pathway” where CFIs employed at SFS may be eligible for a Qualified Job Offer (QJO) with Delta and Endeavor Air once they meet program requirements.
  • The eligibility criteria at SFS for the Propel CFI Pathway include:
  • Holding or being able to hold a U.S. passport and work authorization
  • Being employed as a CFI at SFS
  • Holding an Instrument Rating and Commercial Certificate and CFI certificate
  • Having between 500 and 1,250 total flight hours (as defined by SFS)
