The role focuses on operational leadership, safety, compliance, and business growth.

• The Location Director will be responsible for managing daily operations, staff oversight, financial performance, and customer experience.
• The position requires strong leadership in aviation, education, or a related field, with a focus on safety and FAA regulatory compliance.
• The candidate should have at least three years of operations management experience, preferably in aviation or education.
• A Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) with a minimum of two years of flight instruction experience is required.
• The role includes strategic collaboration with corporate leadership and engagement with the local aviation community.
