US Flight Training University and Airline Collaborate in October 2025 Campus Recruitment Drive for Pilot and AMT Pathways

California, USA – California Aeronautical University (CAU) and Horizon Air hosted a campus recruitment event in October 2025 for students in pilot and maintenance programmes, offering direct exposure to career pathways with Alaska Airlines.

• Representatives from Horizon Air visited CAU’s campus for career talks, coaching sessions and a networking lunch for students in pilot and AMT tracks.

• The airline highlighted its operational bases across the Pacific Northwest, including SEA (Seattle), GEG (Spokane), BOI (Boise), MFR (Medford), ANC (Anchorage), PAE (Everett) and PDX (Portland).

• Through its Pilot Development Program, Horizon offers CAU students mentorship, cadet‑pipeline access and a training stipend tied to Horizon’s airline pathway.
