While an exceptional product can stand on its own, a robust partnership has the potential to enhance it even further. All In Aviation, a longtime Cirrus Aircraft flight training partner in Las Vegas, has now forged an alliance with ALSIM, creating a powerful triad alliance.

Owners Paul and Lindsay Sallach opened All In Aviation in 2016, utilizing their career expertise as CFIs and experience selling preowned aircraft, to launch a premier flight school and aircraft rental company in Las Vegas.

Originally operating out of North Las Vegas Airport, All In Aviation expanded to its new headquarters at Henderson Executive Airport in 2020 where they constructed the first purpose-built aviation facility of its kind.

Building reputation for providing high-quality training solutions

From the start, the goal was to offer a superior aircraft fleet for both training and personal use, providing Cirrus Aircraft models as a premium training choice, and later adding Cessna 172s as a secondary option. Working closely with Cirrus has opened up access not only to its state-of-the-art airframes, but also to range of training support, including the Cirrus Private Pilot Program syllabus as well as the full suite of Cirrus-approved instructor training packages and qualifications.

These fundamentals are the bedrock of All In Aviation’s flight school program, which has earned a reputation for providing high-quality training solutions, that is on track to reach 20 aircraft and 12 instructors by the end of this year.

In 2022, the All In Aviation team attended the EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, the annual aviation event of choice for industry enthusiasts. As Carl May, Director of Flight Operations and a Platinum Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot (CSIP) tells the story, they were looking for a simulator to enhance its training options.

After evaluating several options, the ALSIM ALSR20 – the newest of the ALSIM line – caught his attention. Intrigued by its replication of the Cirrus SR20 cockpit, May summoned the Sallachs to experience the simulator firsthand, and they were immediately impressed.

A powerful immersion – Feels like the real airplane

With an extensive background operating Cirrus aircraft and thousands of instruction hours, Carl appreciated how the simulator “feels like the real airplane”.Because ALSIM manufactured the device using the exact same controls and cockpit dimensions as the real aircraft, operating the switches helps to develop muscle memory that establishes an immediate familiarity with layout, reach and control, leading to a seamless transition from simulator to cockpit.

This form of immersion is a very powerful tool for those who are starting their journey in aviation, as well as those familiar with Cirrus who want to refresh their currency before getting airborne again.

The decision to purchase the ALSR20 was made on the spot, and within a month, the device was quickly installed by ALSIM’s team of specialists, with continued support from its dedicated staff.

A promising future

Recently, the ALSR20 earned FAA-certification, making All In Aviation the first independent flight school in the U.S. to operate an FAA-approved ALSIM ALSR20 simulator. The close relationship between all three companies was exemplified earlier this year when All in Aviation hosted Cirrus Aircraft’s annual Customer Experience (CX) event, and offered all attendees the experience of testing the ALSR20 simulator onsite at their Henderson facility.

The future looks promising, with ongoing discussions about expanding the partnership to add a Cirrus SR22 flight model that would continue to elevate the flight school experience. The partnership between All In Aviation, Cirrus, and ALSIM has proved to be trusted alliance that will take aviation training to new heights.
