US Pilot Training Organization AeroStar Seeking to Recruit A320 Instructors for Training Operations in France and the UK

France & United Kingdom – US FAA Part 142 training provider AeroStar Training Services is seeking to recruit FAA ATP-qualified Airbus A320 simulator instructors and examiners for Morlaix, France, and London Luton, United Kingdom, as it develops FAA training activity with simulator partners ICARE and Avion.

• Applicants must hold an FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate with an A320 type rating and have two years of employment with an FAA Part 121 carrier. AeroStar is also seeking candidates with simulator training and evaluation experience and communication and collaboration skills.
• In Morlaix, AeroStar announced a partnership with ICARE in April 2026 to develop FAA-approved ATP-CTP, ATP initial and A320 type-rating training. Practical A320 training was planned around ICARE’s A320ceo/neo Level D Full Flight Simulator, with AeroStar initially targeting a late-second-quarter 2026 start subject to FAA approval. ICARE currently operates an A320 CEO/NEO Level D FFS at Morlaix supporting CFM56-5B4 and LEAP-1A26 configurations, together with an A320 FNPT II MCC device.
• AeroStar separately announced an agreement with Avion in May 2026 to deliver FAA A320 type-rating, ATP-CTP and other FAA programmes at London Luton Airport. The planned courses will use Avion’s A320neo Level D FFS, with the partners stating at announcement that FAA-based training was expected later in 2026 subject to approval. Avion’s Luton centre currently operates one A320neo Level D Full Flight Simulator qualified by EASA and the UK CAA. Avion reports more than 5,000 annual training hours on the device and divides operations into five four-hour simulator slots per day.
