United States based regional operator Republic Airways owned flight training group Leadership In Flight Training (LIFT) Academy has appointed Jim Borgaard as the new Manager, Recruitment & Retail in Myrtle Beach, SC.

“The last 2 years in Indianapolis have been some of the most rewarding in my career, and I’m looking forward to relocating to Manage LIFT Academy’s Aviation Center and Recruiting out of Market Common,” said Borgaard.

Republic is the only regional airline to operate its own training academy. This means LIFT students are trained from day one for a career with Republic.
