Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, equipment, and air operations for the College of Aviation
- Oversee and assess flight operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead a team with supervisory responsibilities
- Manage operational budgets and resources
- Represent the College of Aviation through public speaking engagements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in flight operations or managing complex integrated processes
- Supervisory and budget management experience
- Experience in public speaking
- Private Pilot certification or higher
