United States – Skymaster Pro, a pilot-built digital flight school management platform, has launched a CFI Ambassador programme as part of its nationwide expansion strategy, positioning instructors as key enablers in modernising flight school operations across the US.
- Skymaster Pro is a cloud-based, all-in-one management platform designed to replace spreadsheets, text chains, and fragmented admin systems commonly used by flight schools.
- The platform integrates scheduling and dispatch, student progress tracking, aircraft and maintenance oversight, instructor analytics, and payment processing into a single dashboard accessible to instructors, students, and administrators.
- Flight schools registered on Skymaster Pro are automatically listed in a public directory, where the company states listed schools receive 3.7x more student enquiries per year on average.
- The newly launched CFI Ambassador role is a part-time, remote, commission-only opportunity targeted at active or former CFIs and flight school operators with strong relationships across training organisations.
- Ambassadors are responsible for warm introductions to flight school owners, chief instructors, and operations teams, with Skymaster handling demonstrations, onboarding, and sales execution.
Compensation structure
- Ambassadors are paid when a referred school becomes “active”, defined as completing onboarding and processing its first paid bookings.
- Commission is tiered by fleet size:
- Micro school (1–2 aircraft): USD 300
- Small school (3–7 aircraft): USD 500
- Mid-size school (8–15 aircraft): USD 1,000
- Large school (16–30 aircraft): USD 2,000
- Enterprise school (30+ aircraft): USD 3,000
