USA’s Part 142 Pilot Training Group Welcomes New Class of B737 LCC Cadets in October 2025

Texas, USA – ATP Jets, a Part 142 pilot training organization and affiliate of ATP Flight School, has welcomed a new group of Avelo Airlines First Officer cadets to its Dallas training center for Boeing 737 training.

ATP Jets in Dallas offers advanced airline-required pilot training programs including:

• Airline Transport Pilot Certification Training Program (ATP CTP): This is an FAA-approved program, which bridges commercial pilots to the airline environment. After completing this, pilots can take the ATP Multi-Engine (ATM) knowledge test on site.

• A320 Type Rating Courses: ATP JETS provides an 11-day type rating for the Airbus A320

• Jet Transition Programs: Custom jet transition courses are provided, sometimes tailored to specific airline partner requirements.

• Facilities: The Dallas training center features a state-of-the-art, 29,380 sq. ft. space with multiple advanced flight simulators (including Airbus and Boeing full-motion simulators), briefing spaces, and classroom areas.

• Weekend Courses and Virtual Classrooms: Options for weekend-only courses and remote learning modules are available, which can help reduce accommodation costs for trainees.

ATP Jets is the largest ATP CTP provider in the USA and trains pilots for multiple airlines including Avelo Airlines, Frontier, Spirit, JetBlue, and Sun Country.
