Utah FTO Group FLT Academy Highlights Life Flight and Ambulance Services Pilot Career Partnership

Utah, USA – FLT Academy, Utah’s largest flight training group, has highlighted a career-focused collaboration with Intermountain Health’s Life Flight and Ambulance Services, providing its students with structured access to mentorship, operational exposure, and future employment pathways within the air ambulance and fixed-wing charter sectors.

• The partnership offers FLT Academy students direct engagement with Intermountain Health’s aviation teams, including orientation sessions, hangar tours, and regular visits from aviation professionals.

• Intermountain Health operates a diverse fleet of fixed-wing and rotorcraft, supporting medical transport missions across the United States and international jet operations, giving students insights into both rotary and turbine-powered air ambulance operations.

FLT Academy currently manages more than 300 students, a fleet of 60 training aircraft, and 65 flight instructors across its Utah training locations.
