Utah FTO Group FLT Academy Partners with Pilot Interview Firm to Support Pilot Career Pathways

Utah, USA – FLT Academy, Utah's largest flight training organisation, has announced a new partnership with Spitfire Elite, an airline interview consulting group with a reported 95% airline pilot hiring success rate.

• The collaboration includes on-site presentations from Spitfire Elite, initially available to instructors and set to expand to students.

• The initiative supports FLT Academy’s commitment to providing long-term career support for its pilots, beyond initial flight training.

• The update follows FLT Academy’s record-breaking enrollment in October, which marked the largest student intake in its history.

FLT Academy currently manages more than 300 students, a fleet of 60 training aircraft, and 65 flight instructors across its Utah training locations.
