Utah's FLT Academy Holds Largest Enrollment Orientation in History in May 2026

Utah, USA – FLT Academy, Utah's largest flight training group, held the largest enrollment orientation day in the academy's history in May 2026, with SkyWest Airlines joining the event to present career opportunities to the incoming class of aspiring professional pilots.

• SkyWest Airlines' presence at the orientation reinforces the airline's role as a key cadet pathway partner for FLT Academy. In February 2026, the academy welcomed its largest-ever SkyWest cadet class of 18 students, with the Elite Partnership offering cadets a direct pathway to SkyWest upon completion of required flight hours, a conditional job offer, seniority accrual, and tuition reimbursement.
• The academy offers career-focused flight training from private pilot through to commercial and instructor certifications, emphasizing structured airline pathways and rapid career progression.

FLT Academy currently manages more than 300 students, a fleet of 60 training aircraft, and 65 flight instructors across its Utah training locations at Spanish Fork and Ogden.
