United Kingdom – Vertex Solutions has successfully completed Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for four (4) production mixed reality Targeted Fidelity Training Devices (TFTDs) at the Gold Coast, Australia facility of manufacturing partner Ryan Aerospace, supporting defense customer BAE Systems.

  • All four TFTDs met requirements during FAT and were formally accepted for delivery to BAE Systems' site at Warton in the United Kingdom.
  • The devices are mixed reality training platforms, combining physical cockpit interfaces with extended reality (XR) visual environments to deliver mission-relevant pilot training at a lower cost and footprint than traditional full flight simulators.
  • The program reflects an established partnership between Vertex Solutions, which leads systems integration for XR training technology, and Ryan Aerospace, which designs and manufactures the underlying simulation hardware at its Australian facility.
  • FAT completion clears the path for deployment, marking the transition from production and validation to operational delivery within BAE Systems' UK-based training infrastructure.
