Vertical Advanced Flight Training Opens Summer 2026 AUPRT Enrolments in the UAE

United Arab Emirates – Vertical Advanced Flight Training, the GCAA-approved training division of ActionFlight Aviation based in Ras Al Khaimah, has opened July and August 2026 enrolments for its Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT) courses, with limited summer slots targeting pilots preparing for FlyDubai, Air Arabia, and other regional airline assessment and induction requirements.

• The three-day AUPRT course comprises ground school and flight training on the Extra 330 aerobatic aircraft, and is compliant with CAR-FCL.745(A) regulatory requirements for mandated airline-standard Advanced UPRT certification.
• ActionFlight Aviation operates as a GCAA-approved ATO based at Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, with Vertical AUPRT functioning as its dedicated Advanced UPRT training division — the first provider in the UAE and the wider MENA/GCC region to hold ATO approval for Advanced UPRT.
• The Extra 330 is one of the world's premier aerobatic training aircraft, providing the high-G, unusual attitude, and energy management training environment required for effective UPRT beyond what can be delivered in conventional training aircraft or simulators.
• In February 2026, AFM reported that Vertical AUPRT had celebrated its first cohort of graduates from the Advanced UPRT program, with participants including pilots progressing toward airline careers with carriers such as flydubai and Air Arabia.
