Vietnam's Victoria Aviation Academy Signs MOU with Philippines' Airworks Aviation Academy as International Training Network Expands

Vietnam & Philippines – Victoria Aviation Academy (VIAA), the Ho Chi Minh City based aviation and pilot training group formerly Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Airworks Aviation Academy of the Philippines on 17 April 2026, formalising a strategic training partnership to expand VIAA's international cadet training network.

• The MOU was signed at a formal ceremony attended by VIAA CEO Tran Huu Quoc and Airworks Aviation Academy President and Accountable Manager Vincent Charles Ong.
• Airworks Aviation Academy, founded in 1993 and based at Mactan-Cebu International Airport in Cebu, Philippines, brings over 30 years of flight training experience to the partnership; it is one of the Philippines' longest-operating flight training institutions and is CAAP and CAAV (Vietnam)-approved for both modular and integrated cadet pilot training.
