Singapore – Visionary Training Resources (VTR), a Tampa, Florida‑based aviation training technology supplier specialising in virtual reality pilot training solutions, strengthened its engagement with Singapore‑based airline Scoot by supporting the carrier’s internal “Scoot Learn Fest” event with a live showcase of its A320 FlightDeckToGo® VR training solution. VTR’s CEO Evey Cormican delivered a presentation and live demonstration of the A320 FlightDeckToGo® virtual reality training solution, showcasing immersive flight deck familiarisation and procedural training capabilities.

Last year in November 2025, AFM reported that Visionary Training Resources had signed a partnership agreement with Scoot, the low‑cost carrier subsidiary of Singapore Airlines (SIA). Under the deal, Scoot will deploy VTR’s proprietary FlightDeckToGo™ VR training platform to supplement its pilot training curriculum with immersive cockpit familiarisation. The partnership enables pilots at Scoot to practice aircraft flows and cockpit procedures in‑headset prior to commencing full‑flight simulator training, reducing time in higher‑cost devices and improving operational readiness.
