Wenmar Aviation Supports Global Clients including Pilot Training Organisations Ahead of FAA Agent for Service Rule Deadline

USA – Wenmar Aviation, an FAA designated agent for service, ehances its support for global clients ahead of FAA agent for service rule deadline.

New certifications for foreign pilots that do not have an USA address must now provide a permanent USA address or register with an USA Registered Agent for Service.  The FAA USAS website in now active.  July 7, 2025, is the final compliance date for existing FAA certificate holders to provide an USA address or register an FAA Designated Agent for Service.
