This major milestone marks Acron Aviation’s second acquisition in six months, since its launch as a standalone company in March 2025. This strategic purchase reinforces Acron Aviation’s commitment to supporting the global aviation and space industries with high-reliability components tailored to meet the rigorous demands of OEMs, military and civil aircraft operators.

The thermal switch is a snap-acting device that activates or interrupts an electrical current in response to temperature changes. It remains the industry standard for high-reliability thermal control applications and is engineered with variant configurations to support a wide operating range from -110°F to 700°F. The switch is customizable to exacting specifications, making it a critical component across numerous air and space platforms.

Customers rely on thermal switches for engine and environmental system temperature control, safety-critical circuit protection and customized configurations that match fleet-specific operating conditions.

The acquisition will see Acron Aviation take on responsibility for manufacturing, global distribution and sales of thermal switches under a strategic license agreement and supports the company’s ambitious growth plans as a top-tier supplier to the aerospace industry.
