Europe – Acron Aviation is actively seeking to recruit a Head of Sales – Europe to spearhead its commercial growth across key European and adjacent regions. The position is remote-based with reporting responsibility to the company’s London Training Centre, and ideal candidates may be located in The Netherlands, France, Spain, or Scandinavia.

The Head of Sales – Europe will lead commercial development across airline training services, full-flight simulators, fixed-based and classroom training devices, and aviation training software.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering revenue and EBITDA targets across training and simulator portfolios

Expanding and managing key client accounts, while transforming commercial leads into contracts

Providing strategic insight into market conditions and customer behaviour
-
Representing Acron Aviation at industry forums and conferences, and conducting customer visits across Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus

Key qualifications include:

10+ years of commercial experience within aviation training services or related sectors

Proven expertise in strategic sales management and revenue generation

Strong financial, communication, and cross-cultural skills

Fluency in English, with additional European languages considered an asset

The role requires travel up to 20% of the time across multiple regions.
