Acron Aviation Seeking to Hire Head of Sales Europe in 2025

Europe – Acron Aviation is actively seeking to recruit a Head of Sales – Europe to spearhead its commercial growth across key European and adjacent regions. The position is remote-based with reporting responsibility to the company’s London Training Centre, and ideal candidates may be located in The Netherlands, France, Spain, or Scandinavia.

  • The Head of Sales – Europe will lead commercial development across airline training services, full-flight simulators, fixed-based and classroom training devices, and aviation training software.

  • Responsibilities include:

    • Delivering revenue and EBITDA targets across training and simulator portfolios

    • Expanding and managing key client accounts, while transforming commercial leads into contracts

    • Providing strategic insight into market conditions and customer behaviour

    • Representing Acron Aviation at industry forums and conferences, and conducting customer visits across Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus

  • The role emphasizes customer-centric performance, rapid execution, and open communication—aligned with Acron Aviation’s values: Customer First, Own It, Move Fast, Speak Candidly.

  • Key qualifications include:

    • 10+ years of commercial experience within aviation training services or related sectors

    • Proven expertise in strategic sales management and revenue generation

    • Strong financial, communication, and cross-cultural skills

    • Fluency in English, with additional European languages considered an asset

  • The role requires travel up to 20% of the time across multiple regions.
