Acron Aviation Seeking to Hire Regional Sales Director APAC in 2025
APAC – Acron Aviation is actively seeking to recruit a Regional Sales Director (APAC). The position will be based in Bangkok, Singapore, or Hong Kong and is central to Acron’s commercial growth and customer engagement strategy across the region.

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving orders, EBITDA, and free cash flow (FCF) across a portfolio that includes full-flight simulators (FFS), flat panel trainers, training software, and aftermarket services.

The role reports to the VP Customer and requires close collaboration with product line leaders to develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies.

Key duties include:

Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to regional market dynamics and regulatory environments

Leading customer engagement efforts with airlines, military clients, and OEMs
-
Managing key accounts and new business pipelines, including complex bid and negotiation processes
-
Providing local market intelligence to support pricing, product development, and lifecycle support strategies

Promoting value-based pricing and ROI-driven lifecycle discussions across the sales cycle

Candidates must demonstrate:
-
10+ years of sales and business development experience within the aviation training or OEM sectors
-
A track record in commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) product sales and aftermarket solutions
-
Strong negotiation, CRM, and forecasting skills
-
Ability to work autonomously, travel regionally, and build C-level relationships across cultures
-
Fluency in English; a second regional language is preferred
