African Airline Completes Human Factors CRM Training and Safety Course

The Human Factor Hub shared that it has completed a successful human factors CRM trainer and safety course for Mozambique airlines’ instructors and head of training. The training focused on improving safety culture and identifying and mitigating potential safety hazards in aviation operations.

“It was an honor to have the opportunity to share our expertise and insights with the talented professionals at Mozambique airlines, who are committed to keeping their passengers and crews safe. We covered a range of topics, from human performance limitations and communication strategies to risk management and non-punitive error reporting,” wrote The Human Factor Hub.

The course was designed to be interactive and engaging, with hands-on exercises and real-world examples that allowed participants to apply the principles discussed.

“We also emphasized the importance of a continuous improvement mindset and ongoing safety training to keep pace with the evolving aviation industry. Overall, the course was a great success, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration with Mozambique airlines in the future,” said The Human Factor Hub.
