Air India’s FTO Seeks Flight Instructors in April 2025
Amravati, India – Air India’s Flight Training Academy is seeking to expand its flight instructional team as it plans to start operations in 2025.
- Flight Instructors will report to the CFI/DCFI and contribute to the quality control and curriculum compliance at Air India FTO.
- Responsibilities include delivering flying training, simulator instruction, and student progress monitoring, in alignment with Aircraft Rule 1937 and the approved Training and Procedure Manual (TPM).
- Instructors are tasked with ensuring student performance is tracked and documented, including FOQA-based debriefing and eGCA compliance.
- Candidates must meet Aircraft Rule 1937, Schedule II, Section-R standards, and are preferred to have over 1,000 hours total flight time and 500+ hours of instructional experience.
