*AFM.aero Team note; with a large number of US Flight Schools having a reported an increase in cost of customer acquistion (CAC) for Flight Training students it seems that the increasing digital and media attention does not seem to have much of an effect in creating additional demand. The full negative impact of the pandemic on the perception of the pilot profession and its job security are a large component the industry will need to solve.
