Apex Aviation, a new airline owned and operated by Apex Flight Academy, Taiwan’s only approved flight training organization, launched aerial tours over the East Rift Valley of Taiwan. The company previously purchased two Italian-made Tecnam P2012 Traveller aircraft for air tours, carrying a maximum of nine passengers per flight.
