Bankstown Airport, New South Wales, Australia headquarteredflight training groupSydney Flight College (SFC) which recently expanded to a second base in Tamworth shared through its Head of Operations Andrew McIntosh that it has taken delivery of True Course Simulation devices. It is the first flight training organization in Australia to integrate True Course Simulations into its training center. With the installation of two state-of-the-art VR Immersive Flight Training Devices, SFC has set a new bar in terms of pilot training equipment.
Glenn Ross, Director for Global Business Development of True Course Simulations is thrilled about this collaboration with SFC Australia saying, “It’s truly inspiring to work with yet another team of innovative aviation professionals that ‘just get it’ and have the vision to see the power of this technology in the teaching and learning space.”
SFC achieved the following 2023 metrics:
295 new students104 graduated students15,250 recorded flight hours40 aircraft40 instructors, 12 of which joined in 2023 while 10 long standing instructors moved into airline roles
