United Kingdom based Salient, provider of Evidence-based Training (EBT) and Competency-based Training and Assessment (CBTA) solutions to support airlines and other air operators, helicopter operators, training organizations and authorities around the world, has shared that its customer Qantas is approaching the one year anniversary since implementing evidence-based training solutions from Salient.

“The airline, its pilots, the union and the regulator are all onside and the training has been universally well received, with 90% positive feedback. As Dirk Dahmen, a Captain at Qantas in charge of the programme says: “In time, people will forget we ever did it in any different way.” shared Salient.
