Australian Federation of Airline Pilots is seeking support from the government for simulator pilot training to get Pilots current

Government asked to introduce a $10 million ‘Job Ready Pilot Program’ which will be delivered by Simulator Training Center Group Ansett Aviation Training which has proposed a three-tier training package, which includes medical and ASIC renewals, simulator training sessions, and flight training, in order to return pilots back to operational status.
