Australian Local Government Seeking Operator for 300 Student Flight Training Facility

An Australian Local Government is seeking an operator for flight training infrastructure (International Flight Training Tamworth), a purpose-built facility satisfying the needs of airline flight training academies and previously the Australian Defence Force. The training facility can accommodate pilot training immediately for 300+ students, CASA-compliant, continually upgraded to meet military standards, equipped with indoor hanger, existing MRO operations and TAFE NSW Aviskills facility, among others.Site facilities overview:Capacity for over 300 studentsOnsite accommodation (Seven accommodation blocks, with a total of 230+ individual rooms with ensuites)Parking for 41 aircraft (34 are under cover)Main runway is 2,200m by 45m, the parallel runway is 1,100m by 18m with future extendable capacityMain runway is equipped with a new Instrument Landing SystemFuel Tanker Refuelling CapabilityThe facility is located about 400km north-west of Sydney, 250km from Newcastle and 550km south of Brisbane.To learn more and receive a presentation, kindly contact us here .Source:New South Wales State Office
