Australia’s FlyOnE to Introduce Smartflyer SF-1 to Asia-Pacific Market
Australia – FlyOnE Air Mobility has announced a strategic partnership with Swiss manufacturer Smartflyer AG, becoming the exclusive Asia-Pacific launch partner for the Smartflyer SF-1 program. The collaboration is designed to accelerate the introduction of clean aviation technology in the region, supporting charter, training, and tourism operations.
-
FlyOnE will introduce the Smartflyer SF-1, a next-generation four-seat hybrid-electric aircraft that combines electric propulsion with a range-extending generator.
-
The aircraft offers long-distance capability while significantly reducing fuel consumption and emissions compared to traditional piston aircraft.
-
FlyOnE will integrate the SF-1 into its decarbonised aviation ecosystem, which includes solar-battery charging infrastructure and flight school operations.
-
The partnership expands customer choice by offering a practical hybrid-electric solution with greater range than current all-electric models.
-
This move aligns with FlyOnE’s mission to build a vertically integrated platform of clean-energy aircraft, infrastructure, and systems to lead Australia’s transition to sustainable aviation.
