Australia’s Learn to Fly Melbourne Welcomes Hong Kong Students from Aerosim

13th Aug 2025

Melbourne, Australia – Learn To Fly Melbourne, a Moorabbin-based flight training provider, hosted Hong Kong’s Aerosim HK for an immersive practical training program designed to transition students from simulator-based learning to real-world flight operations.

The program, held in August 2025, provided Aerosim students with direct flying experience in Australian airspace, building essential piloting skills through practical application.

Just last month Learn To Fly Melbourne exhibited at the Hong Kong International Education and Careers Expo.

Since 2017 in addition to offering flight training, Learn To Fly Melbourne has helped over 350 students successfully pass airline interviews and secure coveted cadet or direct entry pilot positions!

The flight training group is also re-launching its “Learn To Fly Flight Scholarship 2025”

“Before COVID, we proudly offered the Learn To Fly Scholarship Program, and we’re excited to announce that we are now reintroducing it once again! In the past, this scholarship has supported several Hong Kong students who successfully passed Cathay Pacific’s cadet pilot interview and were accepted into the program. This year, the program is coming to Hong Kong again, and we’ll be awarding 2 flight training scholarships to passionate aspiring pilots.” shared Learn to Fly

Learn to Fly operates 27 training aircraft from 4 locations in Australia.
