British Airways Global Learning Academy Extends and Expands their Use of Qualtero’s Training Management System

Qualtero, formerly Britannica Knowledge Systems, announced that British Airways Global Learning Academy (GLA) has extended and expanded their use of Fox for a multi-year extension. This multi-year extension will allow British Airways to continue to leverage Fox’s innovative platform and technology to deliver high-quality training programs.

British Airways uses Fox to automate, manage and improve processes for the airline’s high volume, complex and highly regulated training operation. Fox provides British Airways with advanced training planning, resource and scheduling management, as well as Fox’s robust analytic, report and notification functionality for enhanced training oversight. Fox’s broad set of APIs enable quick and easy integration with British Airways’ existing technology.
