“Responsibilities:

• Supporting the solutions during the offer phase with preliminary program plans and offers
• Lead the implementation during the performance capture phase for the TSI (Training Service Integration) / FTO projects awarded to CAE
• Define and execute a program implementation plan based on customer requirements and concept of operations
• Project planning (costs, deadlines, services) and control as well as their profiling.
• Scheduling and control of deadlines Regular control and approval of schedules for each department
• Planning and implementation of internal status reviews for risk minimization, problem solving and as a control instrument
• Representing the project to clients and subcontractors Coordination of all project phases according to the applicable processes, integration of the subsidiaries into the processes of CAE and ensuring compliance with the specified processes
• Ensuring that all necessary certificates are obtained in close cooperation with the respective NAA (ATO, CAMO, Part 145, Part 147, etc)
• Set up processes, tools and organization during implementation to ensure OT/OC/OQ go-live of training centers including: flight safety standards business management system Accreditations (EASA/MAWA/NAA)
• Establishing the organization and recruiting local management and job holders, instructors
• Managing the handover at GoLive, training and supporting future staff during ramp up”
