CAE is Hiring Simulator Technician for its Simulator Training Center in Stockholm, Sweden

CAE Center Stockholm-Arlanda, which currently supports seven flight simulators and other training equipment around the clock with mainly civilian customers, is looking for a Simulator Technician who shall be responsible for maintaining the certification of CAE’s flight simulators and help them continue to be at the forefront of the training market. “Qualifications, skills and educational requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent background in aviation/electronics/software
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work shifts as we are open 24/7
• English and one of the Scandinavian languages
• Applicants must be able to live and work in Sweden

Preferably:

• Practical touch
• Be able to troubleshoot (e.g. via wiring diagrams)
• Knowledge of software testing
• Experience with measuring equipment (voltmeter etc.)
• Knowledge of system integration
• Have worked in projects
• Experience of contacts with authorities, customers and suppliers”
