Novation Academy, a new Cambodian approved flight training organization, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Royal Group Samra Seaplane. Novation Academy and Samra Seaplane will jointly collaborate and explore synergies, in particular in light of Samra Seaplane establishing a new amphibious seaplane operation in Cambodia. The academy will develop seaplane rating training course(s) for Samra Seaplane as well as provide support to their operations. Both companies will engage in joint and co-op marketing campaigns.
