Egnatia Aviation receives EASA approval for its in-house ATPL exam center

Egnatia Aviation announced on Facebook on the 21st of September that cadets can now undertake their official EASA ATPL exams, in-house, under the supervision of HCAA.

“This marks a big milestone for the Academy and a big step forward for the ab-initio pilot training industry,” said George Triantafyllidis, Business Development & Facilities Management Director.

Egnatia says the advantages of the in-house examination center are:

  • More efficient time management
  • Exams on a monthly basis
  • No additional costs for travelling at CAA’s premises (Athens)
