Emirates Advances Flight Crew Training with IATA CBTA Standardization

United Arab Emirates – Emirates Airline has completed the IATA Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) Course Developer Standardization for flight crew training at its Dubai-based Emirates Training Centre. This marks a significant step in expanding CBTA principles across the airline’s fleet training programmes. The initiative is part of Emirates’ ongoing strategy to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of flight crew training by aligning it with IATA-endorsed CBTA frameworks.

  • I am pleased to announce that the Emirates Training Team has successfully completed the IATA CBTA Course developer Standardization for flight Crew training. This Standardization supports the CBTA expansion across Emirates fleets with the aim of enhancing training effectiveness and efficiencies.
