Epic Flight Academy Announces Career Development Partnership with Airline

Epic Flight Academy is pleased to announce a new partnership with Republic Airways. The “Republic Airways and Epic Flight Academy Career Pipeline Interview Program” officially launched this week.

Republic Airways Campus Recruiter Bradley Murphy said, ““We’re thrilled to establish this partnership with Epic Flight Academy to hire their best to become Republic Airways Pilots, Cadets and Ambassadors. We’re proud to see Epic alumni enter our flight decks, and this partnership will allow that pipeline to grow over the years to come.”

The program provides an opportunity for Epic pilots to become a candidate for a pilot position during their training period. The program increases Republic Airways’ access to qualified applicants and increases employment opportunities for Epic graduates.

“We’ve seen many Epic graduates hired by Republic Airways down through the years,” said Epic founder and CEO Danny Perna. “It’s exciting to establish this formal partnership that will provide our student pilots with the option to fly for Republic.”

Republic Airways was founded in 1974 and is based in Indianapolis, Indiana operating regional flights for American Eagle, Delta Connection, and United Express. Epic Flight Academy was founded in 1999 and is based in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
