European Flag Carrier Seeking Applications for Nominated Person Crew Training in 2025

Sweden — SAS – Scandinavian Airlines is seeking to hire an individual to take on the role of Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT) for SAS Link. Please see part of the job below – for more information or to apply go here.

  • The NPCT will be responsible for all crew training management and oversight, including:

    • Flight and cabin crew programs

    • Instructor qualification and oversight

    • Internal and subcontracted training supervision

    • Regulatory compliance with EASA, ORO.GEN.210(b), and local aviation authorities

  • The role involves direct reporting to the Accountable Manager, with delegated duties also from the Nominated Person Ground Operations and Continuous Airworthiness.

  • Candidates must bring:

    • Managerial experience in a comparable aviation training role

    • Type Rating Instructor (TRI) and Examiner (TRE) credentials

    • Proven background in safety standards, compliance monitoring, and SMS frameworks

  • The position is full-time and based at one of SAS Link’s main bases (STO/CPH/OSL), requiring presence in Stockholm two days per week on average.
